MORGANTOWN -- Despite exit poll findings that Hillary Clinton has less support among young people than Barack Obama, West Virginia University students have come out by the dozens to support the Democrat vying to be the nation's first female president.
About 100 people, mostly students, were gathered in front of WVU's Woodburn Hall this morning at 7:30, an hour before President Bill Clinton was expected to speak there on his wife's behalf.
One of those gathered, political science and economics major Eric Pennington, said that Hillary Clinton supporters are probably in the minority among campus Democrats. But the 20-year-old Winfield resident said being in line with others his age doesn't matter. He says what's important is supporting the candidate with the experience to get things done.
