John McCain gains among likely voters compared to registered voters in this poll, something he has not done in previous USA Today/Gallup polls this year.
In the June 15-19 poll, 64% of Americans had a positive view of Obama, compared with 61% today. McCain's favorable rating has increased from 59% to 62%.
